Position Title: Finance Inventory Associate

Department: Finance

Work Setup: On-site

Location: Warehouse E #8006, Cecilia Araneta Yulo, Canlubang Industrial Estate, Brgy. Canlubang, City of Calamba, Laguna

Position Summary:

The Finance Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory and financial records. This role ensures that all inventory movements are properly recorded, reconciled, and aligned with the company's accounting policies. The position works closely with both the Accounting and Warehouse teams to support accurate reporting and control of inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and issuances.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with warehouse personnel to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in monthly and year-end physical counts and ensure proper documentation of variances.
  • Support the preparation of inventory-related journal entries and adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory valuation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to validate data accuracy.
  • Assist in analyzing inventory trends, obsolescence, and stock aging reports.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory accounting, bookkeeping, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical ability.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
