Production Worker

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Reports to the Production Supervisor, is responsible for the monitoring of all activities in Dry Mixing/Tipping/Batch Preparation operations.

-Coordinates with material controller and quality assurance within the department.

-Adheres to GMP rules at all times.-

-Prepares the dry mixing, tipping, and batch preparation area as to GMP requirements. Prepares all raw materials needed for the production lines.

Conducts quality checking of raw materials supplies from warehouse and ensures that the physical conditions of mega bags are clean and without damages.

-Prepares equipment needed during dry mixing, tipping, and batch preparation. Avoid temporary repairs.

-Ensures that all production paraphernalia, like scoops, sieves, stillages, and working table are all in good condition.

-Ensures that non-conforming products are properly segregated, Powder for disposal from sweeping materials should be properly accounted.

-Renders proper turn over with co-worker of the next immediate shift.

-Accomplishes Dry Mixing, Tipping, and batch preparation form as per line. Tipping Operator are Responsible for sieve checking and magnets in the line.

-Reports to Production Supervisor in case of abnormalities and problems encountered during equipment trouble.

-Responsible in checking and recording of product quality and in accordance with QMS standard.

-Cleans the production area and removes accumulated waste from the production line activities. Keeps and maintains cleanliness on working area by keeping walls, floors, air handling units, machines and equipment free from dirt, foreign matters and cobwebs.

-Abides by the Company's Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Monitoring Scheme, Safety Practices and other Company policies that may be issued while in the employ of this Company; otherwise, the company shall lay down the appropriate disciplinary action.

-Ensures that the product, working conditions and work processes are consistent, and within the quality and quantity standards of the 3rd Party Client.

-Performs other functions and duties as maybe assigned or called for by his superiors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-At least High School Graduate, College graduate is an advantage.

-Bring your own pen and vaccination card (FULLY VACCINATED WITH A BOOSTER WILL BE PRIORITIZED FOR A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW).

-Wear smart casual attire.
