  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant supervisory experience in Production/Industrial Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing company but not limited to.
  • Troubleshoot and repair failed units and machines.
  • Report immediately to the Production Manager and Production Supervisor cases of critical, safety, and multiple-occurrence defects.
  • Prepare and submit daily repair reports to the immediate Supervisor.
  • Maintain 7S standards in the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions and established production procedures.
  • Recommend and implement repairs and improvements to enhance productivity and equipment reliability.
  • Ensure all test procedures and work instructions are established, documented, implemented, and maintained
  • Monitor test equipment and instruments to ensure stable operations
  • Analyze machine efficiency and productivity based on production requirements.
  • Assist the Production Supervisor in establishing effective production line setups.
  • Supervise the work of all PIE staff.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
