Duties: URGENT HIRING(REMILLYS YEMA CAKE MANGGAHAN BRANCH PASIG)

Customer Service:

  • Greeting customers and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Answering customer questions about menu items and specials.
  • Addressing customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Assisting with food preparation, such as packaging orders.
  • Can start ASAP.

Cashiering:

  • Processing payments (cash, credit, debit) accurately.
  • Operating the cash register or POS system.
  • Balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
  • Handling returns and exchanges.
  • Cross-selling products and making recommendations.
  • Do the inventory accurately.

General Duties:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Restocking supplies and informing management of shortages.
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Providing go-the-extra-mile service and responding to service challenges.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional image.
  • Following food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
