What is this role about?

The role is responsible for upkeeping electrical facilities and troubleshooting electrical problems inside the terminal

What will YOU do?

• Conduct routine check-ups/inspections of all equipment electrical connections and power supply as may be required
• Troubleshoot defective electrical lines and outlets
• Maintain and repairs malfunctioning electrical power supply and distribution lines
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wirings, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters, to ensure systems compatibility and safety
• Maintain generator sets and operates the same if the need arises
• Lead maintenance and repair of mechanical rotating equipment electrical supply and related tasks that may be assigned
• Maintain electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wirings, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters, to ensure systems compatibility and safety
• Ensure that newly-checked and/or repaired electrical equipment are handed-over to respective owners in good working and operating conditions
• Provide preliminary sketches and material take-off for repairs/installations
• Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights, fire pumps, and generators
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Vocational graduate of Industrial electrician / Electro Mechanical
• Must have TESDA - Mechatronics Servicing NC II certification
• Working knowledge of Process Equipment (e.g. pumps, heat exchangers, filters and wastewater treatment facilities)
• Must have experience as an electrician and working in a plant
• Willing to be assigned in Santa Cruz, Davao
• Willing to do field work as needed
