Job Description:

  • Sell and deliver products to assigned customers (sari-sari stores, groceries, and other outlets) using a company vehicle.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and route coverage.
  • Ensure correct inventory loading and unloading of products in the vehicle .
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales, deliveries, and returns.
  • Conduct regular merchandising and ensure product visibility, cleanliness, and proper shelf arrangement.
  • Collect payments and issue official receipts following company policies.
  • Submit daily sales and collection reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for replenishments and returns.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation, and communication skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be assigned in Pampanga
