What You'll Do

  • Handle patient calls: scheduling, rescheduling, insurance updates
  • Conduct test calls and record demos
  • Navigate EHR/PMS systems (ModMed, Jane App, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
  • Review AI-generated calls for tone and compliance
  • Document processes, QA feedback
  • Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements proactively

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service or patient-facing experience (medical, hospitality, call center)
  • Fluent spoken and written English; natural communication style for U.S. patients
  • Confident phone handling with empathetic, professional tone
  • Tech-savvy; able to multitask across multiple platforms (EHR, HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts/checklists
  • Clear writing and documentation skills
  • Reliable, professional, and available during U.S. business hours
  • Team management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Front desk/private practice experience (scheduling, insurance verification, intake workflows)
  • Familiarity with medical billing, insurance portals (Availity, Novitas, UMR), CPT/ICD-10 codes
