We're looking for a Statutory Compliance Accountant for our Philippines office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting statutory accounting, tax and government reporting, and audit activities. You will also handle other duties as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and manage all company audits (tax, financial, and internal).
  • Collaborate with tax consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate tax and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all tax and statutory filings, reports, and payments.
  • Handle various ad-hoc tasks related to tax and compliance.

You'll Have The Following Skills And Experience

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role, with strong knowledge of local tax regulations.
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance standards, and tax law.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • A commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
