Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensures testing and demolding schedule are implemented in a practical manner.

· Coordinate with project QC and Inspectors for smooth testing process.

· Ensures samples are prepared and protected during transport from project site to testing laboratory; observing standard testing procedure.

· Ensure test result copy are submitted to client and QCE for recording.

· Conduct pre-start-up check and maintain service vehicle in good condition.

· Prepares daily testing schedule.

· Ensure that all testing will pass.

· Conducts internal samples with the help of QC Aid.

· Follow company quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

· Perform such other duties and functions as maybe required by the General Manager/President from time to time within the bounds of the company policy.

QUALIFICATION

Education and/or Experience:

Graduate / Undergraduate of Civil Engineering / CET, Ability to conduct quality assurance and quality control testing analysis. With knowledge of Various ready-mix concrete activities or equivalent combination of education and experience.
