Job description:

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee complex civil engineering activities in the design and implementation of telecom sites.


• Lead project planning, progress management, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.


• Formulate project planning guidelines and create the master plan, ensuring the integration and feasibility of all supporting plans.


• Coordinate functional teams to execute the project in line with the integrated plan, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project progress.


• Continuously monitor site implementation, identify potential delays or issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of experience in site civil work monitoring or related telecommunications technology within the telco industry.


• Expertise in civil engineering implementation, specifically for telecom infrastructure.


• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Electronics, Management) or equivalent practical experience.
