Buyer Analyst Up to 33K

Job Summary:
The Buyer Analyst supports the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing supplies, equipment, and services in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate procurement documentation, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and contributing to process improvements within the organization's supply chain systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Buyers and Procurement Managers in procuring supplies, services, and equipment while ensuring compliance with institutional policies, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Review purchase requisitions, order confirmations, and pricing to ensure accuracy and contract adherence.
- Manage and optimize the organization's contract portfolio, including Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements.
- Expedite orders, track backorders, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve invoice or receipt discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity and documentation accuracy within the Supply Chain ERP system (preferably Workday).
- Provide timely, accurate procurement and financial information to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Participate in team projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and financial standards, providing guidance as necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting internal stakeholders, managing expectations, and fostering professional relationships.
Qualifications (Must Haves):
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement, preferably within a hospital or shared services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems (preferably Workday), Database tools, and BI tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; or at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Finance.
- Experience using Workday or similar supply chain information systems.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple levels and departments in a large or geographically dispersed organization.
- Customer-service orientation with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month
