About the role

Far Eastern University (FEU) is seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the university's brand and engaging with key stakeholders. Based in the city of Manila, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the leading educational institutions in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the customer relations officer who answers calls from the FEU hotline and inquiries from FEU Messenger via TEAH
  2. Create and join brainstorming sessions for compelling content for press release, social media, and other communication materials
  3. Collate stories and manager FEU News website; layouts and send out the FEU News mailer
  4. Files and archives office documents and materials such as FEU clippings, advertisements, media monitoring, et.
  5. Help in sending out email announcements/blasts
  6. Assist in the MCO Section Head in other administrative tasks
  7. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations Media Studies, or a related field
  2. Relevant experience in marketing, communications, and public affairs
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  4. Collaborative and proactive work ethic
  5. Creativity in content development (visual, written, and multimedia)
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  7. Familiarity with student engagement and campus culture
