  • Conducts design investigation on products for the modification required by the customers.
  • Ensures completeness of design data, rework instructions and other reference needed to implement change.
  • Works on complex problems and recommends actions based on engineering pronciples and methodology.
  • Develops and Improves Engineering Processes and Procedures.
  • Create process documentations such as Work Instructions, Standard Work and Process Flow.
  • Supports in ensuring that metrics and KPI's are met.
  • Able to perform quality work and exercise independent discretion with minimum supervision.
  • Able to transfer knowledge and train others.
  • Able to adjust to non-routine situations by defining and utilizing appropriate methods and processes.
