Key Responsibilities

Lead and assist operations staff in daily warehouse or production activities.
Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and task assignments.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of loading, unloading, and inventory transactions.
Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to meet daily targets.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the workplace.
Conduct regular checks on materials, equipment, and operational compliance.
Prepare daily reports and assist in documentation when required.

Qualifications

High school graduate or college level; vocational course is an advantage.
With at least 1 year of experience as a Leadman, Team Leader, or similar role in warehouse or cold storage operations.
Knowledgeable in warehouse flow, manpower handling, and basic documentation.
Physically fit and willing to work in a cold environment.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Willing to work on a 6-day shifting schedule (including holidays if required).

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
