Job Description

As a Jr BIM Modeler, you will support the team's goals by producing accurate BIM models, assisting with construction coordination, and contributing to efficient project delivery. Your work will directly enhance collaboration, ensure design accuracy, and support the smooth execution of projects.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH Time (Weekends off)

Work setup: Onsite, Hub 9 Skyline, Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in AEC Industry.
• Proficiency with Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Must be a license holder.

Construction Essentials and Software

• General knowledge of the order of building systems and trade flow.
• Basic understanding of construction documents, terminology, assemblies, etc.
• General skills in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Communication & Collaboration

• Demonstrates active participation in internal meetings by engaging in discussions, asking relevant questions, and showing a willingness to contribute to resolving open issues.
• Supports team collaboration by beginning to apply BIM standards and sharing weekly internal meeting updates with the team, showing growing awareness of project communication needs.

Your Daily Tasks

Reporting Relationship

• Reports directly to the VDC Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead. May collaborate with project managers, design teams, and construction stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support active construction Revit models for architectural, structural, and civil elements.
• Model mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler disciplines at a basic level.
• Update design models with RFI and bulletins accurately.
• Conduct QAQC reports and produce model description reports.
