The Opportunity
Our partner is an Australia-based Roofing & Cladding company with a highly trained team of qualified Roofing and Cladding Specialists who offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet their clients' project's unique needs. Operation Support
- joining our team in Manila, Philippines

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. This role requires you to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support to the Operations Coordinator.
  • Maintain accurate project records — updating schedules, uploading documents, and preparing run sheets or delivery notes.
  • Manage supplier orders, deliveries, and inventory records with precision.
  • File and maintain subcontractor and operational documentation in shared drives.
  • Support general administrative functions and assist during busy project periods.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or administrative support preferably from construction or heavy industry experience highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, reliable team player with strong communication and follow-up skills.
