  • Maintain journals (cash receipts, sales, purchases, disbursements) by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Update subsidiary ledgers and historical records.
  • Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized.
  • Monitor receivables, office supplies, and fixed assets.
  • Pay supplier invoices and obligations on time.
  • Collect source documents and prepare government remittances (SSS/PHIC/HDMF).
  • Reconcile taxes, prepare returns, and remit to the government.
  • Conduct periodic account reconciliations.
  • Replenish petty cash and process payroll timely.
  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,394.00 per month
