About the role

Lazurite Gold Life Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking a dedicated Part-time Financial Advisor to join our growing team in Calamba City, Laguna. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing personalised investment and insurance solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' unique needs, risk profiles and investment objectives
• Recommending and managing a diverse portfolio of life insurance, investments and other financial products tailored to each client's requirements
• Building long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, reviews and adjustments to their financial plans
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends and new product offerings to ensure clients receive the most relevant advice
• Actively prospecting and networking to expand the client base
• Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar role within the banking/financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully advising and retaining clients
• Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products and insurance solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to evaluate complex financial information and provide tailored recommendations
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Relevant financial certifications or qualifications such as CFP or AFPJ would be highly advantageous
