Position: Partner Success Specialist (Fulfillment Partners)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Partner Success Specialist who will focus on managing and supporting our international fulfillment partners. You will serve as the main point of contact for our fulfillment providers across different countries, ensuring smooth operations in order processing, product fulfillment, and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Spartan BTY Inc. and international fulfillment partners.
  • Ensure orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with partners on inventory, shipping, and delivery updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment-related issues proactively.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of partner activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, CRM) to ensure seamless fulfillment operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal, English proficiency is a must).
  • Experience in partner management, account management, or logistics coordination is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, spreadsheets, and order management tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different cultures and time zones.
