Job Overview:

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end technical support across multiple departments, ensuring system reliability, operational continuity, and user satisfaction. Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in Canva, basic video editing, and use of AI tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • With experience in Zoom meeting setup and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Flexible and willing to assist in various Hospital IT/Multimedia tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for over 500 endpoints across 8 floors and 20 departments, ensuring minimal service interruptions
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to reduce downtime and minimum and maintain operational efficiency
  • Maintain and update IT documentation to streamline troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
  • Train and guide medical and administrative staff on IT systems, increasing user adaption and reducing repeated support requests
  • Manage IT asset inventory with full accuracy, ensuring accountability, proper tracking, and lifecycle management
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system checks to maintain operational reliability
