Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, checks, bills, and other items to and from designated locations.
• Ensure all deliveries and pickups are logged, signed, and recorded properly.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, receiving documents, and submitting official paperwork to government and private offices when necessary.
• Conduct bank errands such as deposits, withdrawals, and check encashments following standard company procedures.
• Maintain and care for the assigned motorcycle, including performing basic checks and reporting any issues.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of all documents and items being transported.
• Adhere to company protocols regarding timekeeping, route planning, and delivery prioritization.
• Assist with other messenger or clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year of experience in the same role (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license (usually with restrictions 1, 2).
• Knowledge of city roads and traffic rules.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
• Physically fit and able to drive in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
