About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing and improving daily logistics operations, with a key focus on trucking, distribution, and policy implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee trucking operations, including scheduling, dispatching, routing, and optimizing loads.
• Monitor driver, vehicle, and partner performance to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Develop, implement, and update logistics policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines that align with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company requirements (e.g., permits, vehicle maintenance, and driver credentials).
• Track and analyze logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, truck utilization, cost per trip, and fuel efficiency, and prepare regular reports.
• Lead, train, and motivate the trucking team to promote discipline, accountability, and collaboration.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, and disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or transportation, preferably in trucking operations.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective logistics policies and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of transport laws, fleet management, and safety compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
