About the role

BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Crew to join our team in Magalang, Pampanga. As a Store Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting the overall operations of our vibrant retail location.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and displays
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages as needed
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately
  • Supporting the team in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing a great shopping experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
