Solutions Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic ICT team as part of our ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This vital role focuses on the design, definition, and assurance of system integrations and solutions while aligning architectures to optimized business processes. Working alongside business stakeholders and talented developers, the Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, secure, and high-performing ICT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

System Integration & Cloud Architecture:

• Utilize Azure Cloud technologies to integrate systems seamlessly across the organization.
• Develop architecture solutions using standardized models (e.g., ArchiMate) and functional specifications for developers.
• Apply knowledge of security principles to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies.

Solution Design & Development:

• Gather business requirements and ensure solutions align with optimized business processes.
• Drive the assessment and integration of vendor software with existing systems.
• Implement robust enterprise architecture models, data warehousing patterns, and AI services for day-to-day business enhancements.

Delivery Assurance:

• Work with development and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet performance targets, and align with enterprise standards.
• Monitor ongoing solution delivery and contribute to continuous architecture improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal clients, business unit representatives, and external vendors to build strong relationships and ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide professional and timely advice to stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and security standards.
• Apply architecture principles consistently across all solutions.

About You:

The ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver with a deep understanding of cloud-based architecture frameworks, security protocols, and integration strategies.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role (5+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud systems, enterprise integration, and data warehousing architecture.
• Understanding of contemporary IT concepts like ICT networks, security, authentication, and virtualized environments.
• Demonstrated ability in process modeling, client-server architecture (thick & thin), and AI services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple levels and stakeholders.

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
