Main Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the safe, continuous, efficient and economical supply of electricity, steam, nitrogen gas, process air, RO water, soft water, inert gas, chilled water, raw water, cooling water, air handling units and operation of waste water treatment plant in accordance with Nestle Good Manufacturing Practices and to assure compliance to Safety and Environment Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Resource Management

    Oversees manpower and resource utilization to ensure efficient factory operations and alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintenance & Equipment Oversight

    Supervises maintenance, improvements, and installations of industrial services equipment, ensuring pollution control facilities meet standards.
  • Personnel Development & Performance

    Manages hiring, training, appraisal, and discipline of engineering staff; implements performance tracking and coaching systems.
  • Safety & Compliance Leadership

    Enforces safety policies, leads hazard analyses and safety meetings, and ensures corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Monitoring & Strategic Planning

    Tracks utility consumption (fuel, electricity, water, etc.), and leads planning for factory master plans, budgeting, and long-term investments.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Graduate of Engineering or other related field
  • At least two (2) years experience on plant operations and maintenance.
