Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Technician with a strong background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate is a TESDA NC II certificate holder with hands-on technical experience and the ability to assist in promoting and selling products/services. This role requires a combination of technical troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and customer service with a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of [pc, laptops, equipment/machinery/products] as needed.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support sales team by providing technical expertise during client presentations or product demos.
  • Recommend products or services based on client needs and technical compatibility.
  • Prepare service reports, documentation, and inventory logs.
  • Assist in after-sales support and address client concerns or follow-ups.
  • Conduct product orientations or training for clients when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • TESDA NC II Certification in [e.g., Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Electronics, HVAC, etc.]
  • Graduate of a technical-vocational course or at least 2 years in a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a technician or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques or customer handling is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Willingness to travel or be assigned in fieldwork as needed.
  • Computer-literate (MS Office, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to working in Marikina

Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Advantageous):

  • Experience in both technical servicing and direct customer engagement.
  • Background in retail, electronics, appliances, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions:

  • May involve fieldwork, client site visits, or working in different environmental conditions.
  • Overtime or weekend work may be required depending on client or project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php Php695.00 per day
