We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Roving Customer Service Associate Role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accurately and promptly answers all inquiries and concerns of all clients in their assigned area regarding their healthcare coverage with effective utilization management.
- Manages utilization by thorough probing of medical history and status of members, redirecting them to cost-efficient providers as necessary, scrutinizing hospital billing statements, and properly advising them before issuing approval codes for the appropriate laboratory/ diagnostics requests.
- Thoroughly attends to member's inquiries and concerns and extends professional and courteous customer service assistance to all clients and providers
- Conducts regular visits to accredited hospitals, clinics and other accredited health facilities as conditions would permit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or any medical related course. Business courses are also accepted.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task while working under minimal supervision.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Willing to be assigned to different clinics/hospitals within Cebu.
- Mondays-Fridays, 8am-5pm and Saturdays, 8-5PM
