About the role

Join the dynamic team at UNO Adventure & Holidays' as a Sales Associate. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our travel agency business. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company and help our customers plan their dream vacations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering inquiries and guiding them through the booking process
  • Researching and presenting travel options that align with customer preferences and budgets
  • Arranging bookings for flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related services
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote travel packages and special offers
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the travel industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and address customer needs
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills to find the best travel solutions for customers
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and computer software
  • A passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping others plan their dream vacations
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed to serve our customers
