Laboratory Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise laboratory technicians and laboratory support in performing analytical works
• Deputized as Laboratory Manager
• Establish, execute, review and evaluate laboratory standard procedures
• Validate analytical test results
• Prepare complete technical reports and recommendations
• Leads in exercising quality control measures and safety in the laboratory
• Support department in attaining stable conformance with the national and international standards and policies, maintenance of Quality Management System, and third-party accreditation
• Responsible for laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Laboratory Manager or higher

Requirement:

• Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry with PRC license
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in analytical laboratory or related field
• Knowledge in accreditation standards is an advantage
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• Can work in weekends and on shifting schedule
