The role will support the Australian HSEQ function though administration of key systems.
- AIR – online HSEQ management database
- AMS – Altrad document management system
Provide timely reporting, documentation changes and other administrative tasks that will support the function in achieving both function and business objectives
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administration of the AMS SysteM
o
AMS Custodian
- System administration
- Assigning document numbers
- Actioning document requests
o AMS Monthly Report
o System integration activities
• Administration of and data collation from the AIR System
- AIR Custodian
- AIR Statistics Weekly Report to Head of HSEQ Australia
o Weekly AIR Reports and follow ups
- Actions Report
- Incidents Report
- Assurance Report
- Quality Report
- Planned Activities Report
• Provision of periodical and ad hoc reporting requirements
- Slides / statistics for monthly meetings (ALT, OpCo etc.)
- Carbon Footprint Reporting assistance
Provision of support for internal and external audits
- Audit Reports and other uploads into AIR
Provision of support for tender submission coordination
- Tender support to HSEQ Commitment & Governance Team
- Tender statistics (monthly)
Provision of support with Standards Subscription (i2i)
- Approvals / rejections and follow ups
- Updating Legal Register with updates from Lawlex
- Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with HSEQ or similar management systems
- Experience in document management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and SharePoint skills
- Experience with PowerBI (desirable)
- High level communication skills
- Business administration / document management qualifications (desirable)
