Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager, based in Metro Manila. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing stock levels, ensuring proper inventory control, coordinating logistics, and supervising staff. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining compliance with safety regulations, improving operational efficiency, and managing equipment and resources to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
  • Strong expertise in Operations Management and process optimization
  • Knowledge of Forklift Operation and equipment management
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance measures
