Lease-Marketing Officer

Key Responsibility:

Responsible for managing and optimizing leasing operations by attracting and retaining tenants, negotiating lease agreements as well as establishing and driving marketing efforts for leasable spaces across all mall branches.

This position combines strategic leasing promotions with creative advertising campaigns to attract new tenants and elevate the company's brand presence in the real estate/ leasing industry.

This role involves setting goals and timelines for advertising campaigns and executing various tasks to raise brand, services, or product awareness among the target market using multiple channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, and leasing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and market trends
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
