The Opportunity

At DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY', we are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Call Centre Customer Service Representatives. As part of our Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila based operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries for our diverse client base.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing prompt, courteous, and effective customer service via inbound and outbound voice calls
  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and requests, from account information to problem-solving
  • Demonstrating strong active listening skills to fully understand customer needs and concerns
  • Utilising your product knowledge and problem-solving abilities to offer tailored solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistently positive customer experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to quickly address and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work in a day shift schedule
