Position: SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER to lead and supervise the construction of company building facilities. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in civil engineering and proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in agri-industrial or poultry farm projects
  • Proficient in project planning and scheduling, cost estimation, materials management, and safety compliance
  • Skilled in supervising contractors, laborers, and suppliers
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction reporting tools
  • Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory standards related to agri-construction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily construction operations of the poultry farm related project to ensure timely completion and quality compliance
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers for efficient workflow
  • Prepare project schedules, track progress, and submit regular updates and reports
  • Monitor budget, expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising standards
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company construction policies
  • Resolve construction issues, delays, or discrepancies with a proactive approach
  • Ensure documentation, permits, and approvals are secured and updated throughout the project lifecycle
