Reformer Pilates Instructor

We are hiring a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic rehab and wellness teams. The ideal candidates has a strong foundation in Pilates, is certified in Reformer, and is passionate about guiding clients through movement-based recovery and strenght. When not conducting sessions the instructor may assist with clinic support tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates sessions (private or small group).
• Adjust programs to match clients' needs, fitness levels, and any physical limitations.
• Educate clients on breathing, posture, and body awareness.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure reformer equipment is ready and well-maintained.
• Support the clinic team with operational or treatment setup tasks when not teaching.
• Track attendance, session notes, and client progress.
• Participate in trainings and support the clinic's wellness programs and events.

Qualifications:​

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Not required to be a licensed PT.
• At least 6 months of experience in Pilates, movement instruction, or patient assistance.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, and injury prevention.
• Team player, proactive, and willing to support clinic operations.
• At least 6 months of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to support basic clinic operations when not conducting sessions.
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about movement and wellness.
