MEPFS Engineer

• To ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system are in accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements
• Design, estimate and review of all MEPF project including HVAC design.
• Assist and review with all capital projects regarding MEP permit process, including review and response to Gov't agency comments.
• Directly monitor and control the activities of MEPF subcontractor/s.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEPF materials/equipment.
• Prepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criteria/checklist which shall be implemented in the job site
• Conducts inspection of all construction works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection) performed on a continual basis for compliance with the current drawings and specifications
• Knowledgeable on process review and documentation flowcharting
• Provides shop drawing
• Ensures quality of work delivered on site
• Interprets construction drawings and studies applicable standards of specifications prior to execution
• Ensures that all the works are done according to all applicable standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
