About the role

China Construction Front Gen. Devt. Corp. is seeking a talented QS Architectural to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality quantity surveying and architectural services to support the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting site surveys and measurements to collect data for the preparation of bills of quantities
  2. Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
  3. Reviewing architectural drawings and specifications to identify work items and quantities
  4. Monitoring project costs and providing regular updates to the project management team
  5. Assisting with the procurement of materials and services by providing cost data
  6. Collaborating with the design team to optimize construction plans and costs
  7. Ensuring all quantity surveying activities comply with relevant standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quantity surveying or architectural role, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques
  4. Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
