Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Respond to guest and staff repair requests promptly.
- Maintain records of maintenance work.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Vocational or technical diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance (TESDA certification is an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel/resort maintenance or a similar role.
- Knowledge in multiple maintenance trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
