Qualifications & Skills:

  • Vocational or technical diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance (TESDA certification is an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel/resort maintenance or a similar role.
  • Knowledge in multiple maintenance trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
