  1. Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that align with company objectives.
  2. Analyze communication channels and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Create clear, consistent, and professional business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
  5. Collect and evaluate feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve communication processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze communication metrics (email engagement, employee feedback, digital reach, etc.).
  7. Support leadership in preparing business updates, memos, and announcements.
  8. Assist in the development of content for newsletters, intranet sites, and other communication tools.
  9. Prepare communication materials for meetings, trainings, or strategic initiatives.
  10. Ensure that all communications align with company branding and tone guidelines.
