JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.
  • Properly and diligently assist customer needs
  • Seek new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, social media, partnerships, and fieldwork.
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to properly address their concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentation to clients on services offered.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales review and report.
  • Participate in Sales training program initiated or requested by the company for skill enhancement.
  • Attend exhibits or conferences on behalf of the company for skill enhancement.
  • Attend exhibits or conferences on behalf of the company.
  • Properly addressing customer complaints and suggesting options or recourse to settle the issue.
  • Collaborate with team members and employees of the departments to achieve company's goal.
  • You may be assigned or transferred to any other duties or position as require by the company's business operation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or a related degree
  • Preferably with a minimum of one year of experience in sales
  • Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
  • Moderate communication skills (English/Tagalog)
  • Prompt in task execution
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge or skills in driving is a plus
  • Knowledge on social networking and social analytic tools

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
