Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily cleaning and maintenance operations, ensures high standards of cleanliness, and supervises housekeeping staff to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on procedures, safety, and customer service.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Housekeeping within a resort or hotel setting.
• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
