Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services. The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality and service excellence, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment.
Experience in event setups and flower arrangements is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team to ensure consistent high-quality service.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house, and laundry.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and service requests.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.
- Maintain inventory and order housekeeping supplies and amenities while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies as well as health and hygiene regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and special room setups, including floral arrangements and décor, when required.
- Provide training and mentoring to housekeeping staff to enhance skills and job performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a resort or hotel environment is required.
- Experience in event setups and flower arrangement is a plus.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, chemicals, and equipment.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php65, Php75,000.00 per month
