We are seeking an experienced Commercial Furniture Estimator to support one of our Australian-based clients. This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with strong estimating experience across commercial interiors, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate take-offs, costs, and pricing schedules while working closely with project and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial furniture and interior fit-out projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify scope, materials, and labour requirements.
  • Complete quantity take-offs using industry-standard take-off software.
  • Develop pricing schedules, bills of quantities, and cost breakdowns.
  • Liaise with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to clarify requirements.
  • Assess supplier quotes, lead times, and material costs to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain organised estimate files and ensure all calculations are clearly documented.
  • Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and cost databases.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years estimating experience in commercial interiors, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out projects.
  • Proven experience interpreting technical drawings, joinery details, and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of materials, production processes, and commercial furniture construction.

Software & Technical Skills

  • Pronto experience is essential (non-negotiable).
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data organisation, costing tools).
  • Experience with digital take-off software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Buildxact, or similar).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with strong digital communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
