  • Troubleshooting: Identify and fix hardware, software, and network issues, which may include repairing or replacing equipment.
  • Documentation and asset management: Create technical documentation, log service requests, and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
  • New user setup: Set up user accounts and provide necessary hardware and software for new employees.
