TOP CHEFS FOOD SUPPLIES INC. is looking for one (1) Maintenance Head/Supervisor with the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
• With 5 years or more experience as a Maintenance Head in the food manufacturing industry
• Team player
• Knows how to handle employees
• Amenable to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Can start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure and monitor machines are working well.
• Perform minor to major fixes of tools, equipment and machines
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Install appliances and equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Performing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and/or annual maintenance
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm)
• Maintain and monitor supplies and maintenance reports have been completed and signed off
• Collaborate with Department Heads during renovations
• Supervises and leads engineers and technicians who design machinery, plan and develop civil projects, and oversee production and quality control.
• Review maintenance procedures and schedules and support production with preventive maintenance activities.
• Review section performance and implement improvements to increase productivity of the team.
• Promotes continuous improvement by implementing beneficial projects contributing to the plant's quality, profitability, and sustainability.
• Performs assigned duties and responsibilities with high regard to safety and environment and shall fully adhere to policies on environment, health, and safety while inside the facility premises.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
