Job Description:

Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our legal team and assisting with various legal tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases and projects
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
  • Assist with case management and maintain case files
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the legal team
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a legal setting
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
