Job Description We are seeking a Data & Automation Specialist with strong skills in SQL, BigQuery, and Python to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions for billing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliation, and dispute management processes. This role will lead automation initiatives, create interactive dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent), and manage KPI reporting to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate can analyze and interpret complex data, develop RPA or machine learning solutions for repetitive tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and support billing system migrations or integrations as part of digital transformation efforts.

- Identifies and leads automation initiatives across billing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliation, and dispute management processes.
- Designs and implements RPA, or ML solutions to optimize repetitive, high-volume tasks and develop billing controls.
- Manages billing efficiency dashboards, reporting KPIs such as processing time, error rate, and auto-posting success rate.
- Supports the migration or integration of billing systems and tools as part of digital transformation projects.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (ISG, Finance, CXM, and other Business Operations) to streamline workflows.
