About the role

As a Store Manager at Select Goods', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in San Fernando City La Union. This is a full-time position that will require you to lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store profitability.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve store efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience
  4. Coach, train, and develop a team of sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and provide outstanding customer service
  5. Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  6. Proficiency in using POS systems and retail management software
