Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and secure
  • Ensure proper housekeeping within the premises of the warehouse
  • Receive and issue goods according to company standards
  • Record issued and received goods according to approved rules
  • Ensure physical count accuracy
  • Participate in the loading and unloading operation
  • Packing or crafting of materials to be shipped
  • Ensure inventories are free from damage
  • Identifying any missing or defective products
  • Comply with reporting requirements
  • Assists in the inventory replenishment program
  • Provide support activities such as preparation of picking list and transfer order
  • Willing to accept and flexible to new and additional job assignments related to Supply Chain
  • Propose improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Vocational or Bachelor's graduate
  • Willing and able to lift heavy items/equipment
  • Experience in the inventory of electronic items is a plus
  • Preferred Skill(s): MS Excel, Warehouse Management, Inventory
  • Knowledge of Warehouse SOP
  • Organized and keen on details
  • Computer Literate (Good in MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Physically fit and healthy
  • Preferably a resident of Mandaluyong or nearby areas
  • Can start immediately
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Please note that our main office is located at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
