The Cadet Engineering Program is a continuous, premium leadership program. As a Cadet Engineer, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our operations, company, products, and services while being assigned to a specific department. You may be placed in one of the following key areas:
- Manufacturing
- Engineering & Maintenance
- Research & Development (R&D)
- Renewable Energy
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Process Improvement
- Supply Chain / Logistics
- Technical Sales & Marketing
- Production Planning & Control
Within your assigned department, you will work on a meaningful project that directly contributes to our operations and business goals.
Throughout the program, you will:

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any of the following engineering fields:

- • Civil Engineering
- • Electrical Engineering

- • Industrial Engineering
- • Industrial Management Engineering

- • Manufacturing Engineering
- • Materials Engineering
- • Mechanical Engineering
- • Metallurgical Engineering
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of work experience
- Strong academic background with notable extracurricular achievements or leadership roles
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills
- Willing to work and stay in Bulacan
